Videos Focus on Educating Consumers About Homebuying and Touching Base to Stay Connected

Black Knight’s Top of Mind Honored With Four Awards for Outstanding Video Content at 2021 Viddy Awards

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Aug. 30, 2021 – Today, Black Knight, Inc. (NYSE:BKI) announced that Top of Mind, a provider of the Surefire customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation software for the mortgage lending industry, was recognized for outstanding video content at the 2021 Viddy Awards competition.

Top of Mind, acquired by Black Knight in July, was honored with three platinum awards and one gold for content that helps consumers better understand the homebuying process. The award-winning video content included:

  • The Journey to Your New Home, an educational web animation that alleviates consumer trepidation around homebuying by explaining important milestones in the home financing process. Gold award.
  • Tales of Great Interest, a humorous web animation that helps consumers better understand mortgage interest rates and make more informed homebuying decisions. Platinum award.
  • Around the Neighborhood, a dynamic web animation that educates borrowers on factors that could impact the value of a home – from recent nearby home sales to school zones. Platinum award.
  • The Trick or Treaters, an animated holiday eCard that uses humor and mystery to help keep lender outreach to prospects and customers fresh. Platinum award.

Administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), the Viddy Awards program is an international competition that honors exceptional video creation. Out of 2,500 nominations, roughly 16% of entries won platinum (scores of 90-100), approximately 17% of entries won gold (scores of 80-89) and 5% of entries earned honorable mentions (scores of 70-79).

The AMCP has judged over 200,000 entries for outstanding achievements in videography since its formation in 1994. Platinum and gold winners are listed on the Viddy Awards website at www.viddyawards.com.
