COBOL Cadet Program helps identify and develop Black Knight MSP® programming resources. Cadets are chosen via a highly selective interview process. Cadets spend 10 weeks in classroom-based training learning the foundations of the COBOL coding language, before spending another 16 weeks in the MSP Introductory Class, where they learn the processes, procedures and standards required for MSP developers.
