Bob Pinder is the Chief Compliance Officer for Black Knight, Inc. (NYSE:BKI), a premier provider of integrated software, data and analytics to the mortgage industry. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company’s enterprise compliance and ethics program – focusing on proactively preventing and detecting improper conduct, and ensuring that all employees are aware of and comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and ethical standards. Bob has also served as Chief Litigation Officer for Black Knight (and its predecessor companies), where he interacted with federal regulators in managing the company’s litigation nationwide.
Prior to joining Black Knight, Bob served as a partner with the law firm of Rogers Towers, P.A., where his practice focused on the financial services, technology and government sectors.
Bob is a retired U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel. He earned an International Law Degree from Tulane University, a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Sioux Falls. Bob is a graduate of the FINRA Institute‘s executive education program for compliance, legal and regulatory professionals at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and has been designated as a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional™.
