As an organization, we recognize the value of diversity and how it makes us stronger. Different perspectives and backgrounds give us new ideas and allow us to reach our full potential. We promote diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) at all levels of our workforce, and our executive leadership team sets the tone for creating a business culture that is representative of and respectful to the unique values, opinions, cultures and needs of our employees, clients and communities.
Our employees are our greatest asset, and ultimately, the key to Black Knight’s success. We strive to create a culture that encourages career development and supports our ability to attract, engage and retain the brightest talent. We also seek to facilitate a learning journey designed to help our employees develop new skills and knowledge, while providing long-term career growth opportunities.
At Black Knight, civic engagement and philanthropy are also integral to our company’s culture as we strive to make lasting, positive impacts in the communities where we live and work. In 2021, Black Knight and its employees donated more than $600,000 to over 65 organizations.
As part of our commitment to a sustainable future, Black Knight encourages employees to incorporate environmentally sustainable solutions into their work wherever possible. We have several programs aimed at reducing our environmental impact through energy efficiency, water conservation and waste management. Our facilities team regularly implements new or improved energy and fuel efficiency projects at our corporate headquarters.
Environmental risks – and all ESG risks – are managed through our broader Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, and Black Knight is committed to the identification and mitigation of those risks.
At Black Knight, information security and data privacy management are at the core of our business. As our solutions and services evolve, we apply a comprehensive approach to mitigating any identified security risks. Protecting our company’s and clients’ information and mitigating these risks requires the oversight and alignment of the Black Knight Board, the Black Knight Executive Leadership Team and every Black Knight employee.
