To further protect your information and identity, the system requires that each user select a personalized security image and two security questions during registration. To change either of these selections, you must be logged into the system. After successfully logging in:
Step 1. Navigate to the User Info tab displayed within the navigation bar. After clicking User Info, select Security Options.
Step 2. After selecting Security Options, you should be directed to the Security Options page. There, select a preferred security question from the drop-down list and provide an answer for each of the two security questions. These answers are not case sensitive, but if you ever lose your password, you will be required to answer both security questions correctly to get your password reset.
Step 3. Use the horizontal scrollbar to navigate through all of the images. Next, select a new personalized security image by clicking the radio button located directly underneath the preferred image.
Step 4. If you are happy with all your selections, click the Save button located at the bottom of the page.
