In 2019, Black Knight’s CEO Anthony Jabbour joined the CEO Action for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion — the largest CEO-driven business commitment to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace. The Black Knight family pledges to actively cultivate an environment where a multitude of experiences and perspectives are both welcomed and valued, and where employees can feel comfortable to discuss such matters.

In 2020, Black Knight introduced a new internal alliance comprised of employees who strive to promote diversity, equity and inclusion efforts within our organization. This group supports our company’s culture of inclusivity through meetings, events, community outreach and specialty alliance groups such as the Women’s Internal Networking Group (WINGs) and The Disability Committee.
Allowing employees to take leadership and drive discussions on diversity, equity and inclusion has enabled Black Knight to further champion the voices of its employees. These conversations have helped inspire our company’s leadership to find unique avenues to pursue inclusiveness and promote diversity in the workplace.

Black Knight was recently recognized for the second consecutive year by the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (CEI) for our policies and practices in place to support LGBTQ workplace equality.
