Black Knight, Inc. Announces Public Offering of Common Stock

JACKSONVILLE, Fla — June 16, 2020 – Black Knight, Inc. (NYSE: BKI) (“Black Knight” or the “Company”) today announced that it intends to offer 5,600,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Common Stock”), pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).  In addition, the Company expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 840,000 shares of the Common Stock, at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.

Black Knight intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facility and for working capital and general corporate purposes, which may include future acquisitions and investments.

BofA Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as the lead book-running managers for the offering.
