JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – April 8, 2015 — Black Knight Financial Services was honored with seven coveted Stevie Awards for achievements in sales and customer service at the 2015 Stevie Awards ceremony. The Stevie Awards are the world’s premier business awards, honoring the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and professionals worldwide.

Black Knight Senior Vice President Darlene Ledet was awarded a Silver Stevie for Customer Service Leader of the Year in the Computer Software and Services category. Ledet leads PowerCell®, Black Knight’s award-winning contact support center that provides technical, application and operational assistance to clients 24/7. Ledet’s passion and commitment to Black Knight’s customers – ensuring PowerCell has the customer’s pulse at all times – led to her Stevie Award nomination.

Black Knight’s Data & Analytics division was honored with several Stevie Awards for its achievements in both customer service and sales. In the customer service categories, the division received the following four Bronze awards: Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year; Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats); Best Use of Technology in Customer Service – Accounting, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance; and Innovation in Customer Service.

In the sales team categories, Data & Analytics was awarded a Silver Stevie for Sales Support Team of the Year and a Bronze Stevie for Sales Process of the Year.
